Alla våra läkare och barnmorskor är legitimerade och erfarna, och jobbar på sjukhus och vårdcentraler när de inte tar emot patienter hos Min Doktor.
Min Doktor är en registrerad vårdgivare och omfattas av hälso- och sjukvårdslagen, personuppgiftslagen, patientdatalagen och patientsäkerhetslagen. Det innebär att du som
patient alltid är trygg hos oss. Det gäller både den vård som du får av oss och hur Min Doktor hanterar information om dig.
E-hälsa är ett område på frammarsch, och vi är Sveriges största vårdcentral på nätet. Hela 97 % av våra patienter är nöjda med den hjälp och behandling de fått hos
oss.
Hur går det till?
Du laddar ned vår app kostnadsfritt, och loggar in med BankID. Beskriv sedan dina besvär genom att svara på frågor om dina symptom och i relevanta fall skicka in bilder som
du tar med mobilen.
Hos Min Doktor får du alltid snabba svar. I de flesta fall blir du kontaktad av en av våra läkare eller barnmorskor inom en timme, oavsett veckodag och tid på dygnet. Du
svarar när det passar dig.
Ibland blir du ombedd att ta ett foto på ditt besvär och skicka till läkaren, eller att gå och ta prover. Vi samarbetar med ca 600 provtagningsenheter runt om i landet, och
du väljer själv vart du vill gå och när.
Läkaren ställer diagnos online och kan skriva remisser vid behov, precis som på din vanliga vårdcentral. Medicin kan hämtas ut på närmaste apotek.

Safe and secure
All of our doctors and midwives are legitimate and experienced, and work in hospitals and health centers when they do not receive patients at My Doctor.
My Doctor is a registered care provider and is covered by the Health Care Act, the Personal Data Act, the Patient Data Act and the Patient Safety Act. This means that you as
a patient are always safe with us. This applies to both the care you receive from us and how My Doctor handles information about you.
E-health is an area on the rise, and we are Sweden's largest health center on the Internet. As many as 97% of our patients are satisfied with the help and treatment they
have received from us.
How does it happen?
You download our app for free, and log in with BankID. Then describe your complaints by answering questions about your symptoms and, if relevant, submitting pictures that
you take with your mobile phone.
At My Doctor you always get quick answers. In most cases, you will be contacted by one of our doctors or midwives within one hour, regardless of the weekday and time of day.
You answer when it suits you.
Sometimes you are asked to take a photo of your inconvenience and send it to the doctor, or to go and take samples. We collaborate with about 600 sampling units around the
country, and you choose where you want to go and when.
The doctor makes a diagnosis online and can write referrals if needed, just like at your regular medical center. Medicines can be obtained at the nearest pharmacy.
