mTOC Mobile App as part of Invendis Remote Monitoring Solution portfolio, enables Site engineers & Tower Operation Center (TOC) team to track alarms
and site conditions from anywhere. Site technicians can effectively complete workflows and accurately report to ensure high up-time of mobile towers in the network.
Workforce on the ground is empowered, thus reducing dependency on NOC to coordinate issue resolutions. Key app features include:
Alarms
- Immediate Notifications to site engineers on alarm detection.
- Multi-dimensional view of alarms (critical, key alarms, all site alarms etc).
- Quick access to critical issues to address.
Site Monitoring
- Lookup assigned sites and view details.
- Filter and proactively view sites with various categories of conditions for Battery, Power, Fuel etc.
- Optimized for all roles across the NOC (Site engineer, Supervisor, Managers).
Activity Reporting
- Receive trouble tickets, plan and report activities.
- Spare management for visits.
- Grid bill upload & Payment.
- Fuel filling reports.
