This math puzzle comes from Teachbasix: creators of many logical math puzzles like Magic Square, Magic Triangle, Pair Pattern, Multiplication Kakuro (all paid) and Shikaku
and Nonogram (both free). All of them are great classroom resources for teaching primary grade children. All these puzzles hone your child’s logical reasoning abilities as

The rules are simple. Some numbers are already filled-in in a 3x3 square. You have to fill in the rest of the numbers so that the sum is the same across each row and each
column. At each point, finding which cell to fill requires logical reasoning skills. Deriving the number requires mental math abilities.
