The formula is the winner of the baking pizzas and cakes non-stop, with continuous opening time from morning until late at night.
The pizza dough is soft, with natural fermentation of 24 H, edge up, stretched out hand, as typical of the neapolitan tradition and cooked in the oven for a few minutes to have a pizza fragrant on the outside, soft and thinner in the centre. The rankings are a certainty, well-proven, while the specialties are a world to discover, like Mr Pizza, with Porcini Mushrooms and 'Nduja, the Old Naples, the "Friarielli" and Sausage, or our Calzone stuffed with Mushrooms, Artichokes and Ham.
The mission of the Staff and the owner is the one to deliver the table to our customers a quality product at a modest price, with respect to the seasonality and quality of raw materials, high-level, used. The inevitable Flour Caputo for the dough, as well as the Tomato sauce Creek and the Buffalo Mozzarella DOP from Campania, are just a few of the good reasons to come visit us.
