The Tronik Eco Driving application is an additional free element of the GPS ATRAX System (hereinafter referred to as "ATRAX") used to assess the drivers' driving style in the
company.
1. In order to use the mobile application, the User must have an active account in the ATRAX system with the authorization to use the Tronik Eco Driving application, and the
application launch, taking into account the above-described technical requirements, is done by generating a login and password in the ATRAX system and using these data when
logging in to the Tronik Eco Driving app.
2. Using the mobile application does not require providing any personal data. Any processing of personal data may take place only for the purpose of the contract and refer only
to users of the ATRAX system, ie employees and drivers (if these data are personal data) and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and
of the Council (EU) 2016 / 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the
repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC ("RODO"). The owner provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
3. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not install the application or uninstall it. Permanent removal of an application from a mobile device is tantamount to
terminating the use of the application.
